Our customers have reported using their Z-CoiL® shoes for walking, running, hiking, golf, and more, although we do not recommend them for sports that involve significant lateral movement, like tennis. You need to be the judge of how Z-CoiL® products will work for you. Many people have been able to become more active and get back in the game because of their Z-CoiL® footwear.

Intramurals are available for students throughout the school year. Watch for signs around campus announcing when to sign up for the different intramural sports. The intramural office is located in the Activity Center-Room 111C. There is also a Ski and Snowboard club.

You can play up to three sports, but you cannot play more than one sport per season. Freshman Cheerleading tryouts are in May. Tryouts for Fall and Winter sports are usually in late June and July. Spring sports tryouts are in November. Watch the Calendar and Bulletin for information.

For Ice Hockey, you will need: skates, sticks, socks and jock/jill straps. We have limited equipment to lend out such as helmets, shoulder pads, elbow pads, shin pads, jerseys and goalie equipment. For Ball Hockey, you will need: shoes, shorts and a shirt. We have a number of helmets to lend out. Sticks will be provided by Mount Royal Recreation. Pinnies will also be provided to the teams playing that night.
