Yes. Try to keep total file size of your images and HTML under 30K. Bellow 10K or 20K is even better. Your signature should be as simple as possible. The more complex HTML and large image files you have in your signature, the longer it takes for a thread with your signature to load. Also make sure your signature is not too wide. Your signature will be scaleable just like any windows TrueType font. When you select your signature font in your application, just set the size you desire point size you desire (72 would make you signature one inch high).
