I have lost my U-PASS. How do I replace it?
UW Commuter Services : Commuting : Frequently Asked Question...First, obtain a new Husky Card (no charge) by going in person to the ID Center (lower floor of OUGL) with picture ID. Then bring your new Husky Card to Parking Services to get a replacement U-PASS sticker and pay the applicable fee. If you leave University employment or no longer wish to have a U-PASS, you must return the U-PASS to Commuter Services to stop the charges. You are responsible for the cost of the annual U-PASS if you fail to return it. No refunds are issued for the quarterly U-PASS.
