Only Senators and their invited guests can hold press conferences in the Daily Press Gallery, room S-316, the Capitol. The Radio-TV Gallery has different rules and requirements. In general, a member of the media galleries must invite the Senator to use the joint media studio located in room S-325, the Capitol. No cameras, tape recorders, or any electronic devices are permitted in the Senate Chamber.

Press secretaries are encouraged to visit the workspace on the fourth floor to distribute press releases personally to reporters. Extra copies should be left in the staff area for posting. The staff also will distribute and post any releases left in the staff area by press secretaries. Please remember to deliver at least one copy to the staff area.

Planet PDA will become a leading forum for new product introductions, news announcements etc. To support that effort, we have several areas ready for press conferences. Unlike many associations that select their host cities on the basis of hotel availability, APPAM traditionally has selected cities based on bids submitted by its institutional members. I got a gigabite motherboard, and i had trouble installing the SATA drivers in the beginning. However, i am using only 1 SATA HD, so in the bios settings, i changed the 2 settings (that are by default set to RAID) to ATA. IT then worked with no probs.
