By default, an ADAM instance running on Windows Server 2003 automatically enforces any local or domain password policies that exist. If you create a new ADAM user and assign a password to that user that does not meet the requirements of the password policy that is in effect, the user will be disabled by default. To enable the user, you must assign a password that meets the password policy requirements and then enable the user.

If you happen to forget or misplace your User Identification Number, you can always obtain it by logging into CLASS-Web with your old Student ID number and clicking the “What’s my new User ID?” link.

The most likely reason is that you have not yet validated your character, to do this you need to have filled in a valid email address when you created your character. Upon creation a validation email will be issued to the address suplied, in this email there will be a link, click on it and your character will be validated. You should now be able to log in. If you have validated your character and can still not log in it is possible you have incorrectly typed your password or character name.

Have you registered? Seriously, you must register in order to log in. Your username has to be an email address. If you haven't registered, click here. If you forgot your password, click here. Remember, you password is case sensitive, that means that if you entered your password when you registered as "Tree" then "tree" won't work. Also, make sure your Caps Lock is off so that you aren't typing, let's say "tREE" when you think you are typing "Tree".

To log into ASAP, your User ID is your nine character student ID starting with the '@' character and then eight numbers (for example: @12345678).

To activate your betting account, you should place your first deposit. Please refer to our Banking Options section for more info on deposit options.

First, keep in mind that for security purposes, creating an account on the StarCityGames.com forums is not an account on the shopping cart. If you have a forum login, that does not mean you have a login on the cart. If that's not the case, you may need a reminder for your password. You can get one by clicking here and having your password sent to you at the address you used when you signed up for your shopping cart account.

You only have access to those arguments and templates that list you, or a group to which you belong, as either a member of their audience or as an author. This feature is not available for users on IIDB. If circumstances call for it a board administrator (email iidb@infidels.org or post here) can change your screen name for you. Currently, our policy is to allow one user name change per account. Users who hope to change their user name again must have a very good reason for the request. The IIDB does not personalize user titles. IIDB user titles are set by the vB software based on number of posts.

Graphs open in a new window: make sure that your browser doesn't have pop-up blocking turned on, or that http://hsus.cambridge.org is added to the list of "Allowed Sites." If you're using Internet Explorer or Safari on a Mac, you may find that the pop-up graphing window sometimes doesn't refresh: you see a previous graph you'd created, not the graph you just tried to create. If this happens, you need to update your browser's caching preferences.

This may be one of a few simple issues. When logging in using your email and password (or user name and password for dealers) be sure to click the "Sign In" button. Incidentally, hitting "Return" or "Enter" after filling in these fields will conduct a search in the DPMS Online Store with no results, bringing up a page stating "Nothing could be found...".

Make sure your browser accepts cookies, and your firewall doesn't block out going information.. Make sure your cap lock is off as the login and password fields are case sensitive. If you continue to have problems, you should clear your cache and delete your Internet history. You might also speak to your network administrator to make sure they are not blocking the Fotolia website. We recommend trying to download the photo again via the "my photos" page.

There's a good chance you're using the 'Back' and 'Forward' buttons to navigate the site. When you do that, you can lose any information you've entered. Try moving around the site using the four on-page tabs at the top of the page.

The AudioStreet.Net forums require a separate login than the main site. We have not yet integrated the forums with the main site's membership database, so you must sign up there separately.

In Notes 4.x, the Escrow Agent allows the administrator to have copies of user ID's, server ID's, and certifier ID's copied to a database automatically whenever you register someone, a server or create a certifier. It also stores the password (encrypted) in the document as well. Modify the NAB person document (ID Repository) "user name" field and append "Escrow Agent" to the field.

To open the ADAM Administrator's Guide, click Start, point to All Programs, point to ADAM, and then click ADAM Help. Note: You cannot change the password of an Active Directory security principal through ADAM. You can only change the password of ADAM security principals.

This scenario often occurs in configurations where processes run under various user IDs but need to write to a log file under a fixed, but different user id. With a traditional file appender, the log file will probably be created under one user's id and appended to under a different user's id. With a typical umask of 0002, the file will be created with -rw-rw-r-- permissions.

If you've forgotten your User Name or Password, go to the home page and click the forgot password link on the top left pane of the page. Next, type the email address you used when you registered, then click Submit. You will receive an email from feedback@ndei.org containing your User Name and Password. (It's important to keep your email address current. If your email address changes at any time after you register, be sure to update it using the "My Profile" link from the "My NDEI" page.)

The security for Online Banking ensures that you are the only one who knows your password. Online Banking will consider you a “First Time User” until you go through the process of changing your password at least once. Make sure your user name and password are being entered the same way time. Both entries are case-sensitive. If you still cannot login, try resetting your password. You should receive email within a few minutes. If you do not, make sure your email service is set up to receive email from the AU Vendor Center. The Volunteer website will be open as of December 1, 2006. The new user id and password will work beginning that day. The Girl Scout troop must have been registered in the past two years (2005-06 and 2006-07) to be able to access the cookie shop site search and troop application.

If you have only just registered, there may be a short period of time during which we verify your e-mail address and manually activate your account before you are able to login. (Make sure that you have verified your e-mail address—instructions for this process are contained in the e-mail sent to you immediately after completing the online registration form).

Several things could be contributing to this. First off, you must have cookies enabled in your browser to stay logged in and to use the premium features. Check your browser settings to make sure they are enabled. Second, if your computer date and time are off, the cookies can expire prematurely. Check your computer's date and time to make sure they are correct. Finally, sometimes you just need to log off and back on again to reset things.

Internet Banking requires that your computer's browser utilize 128-bit encryption for your security, and the connection will be automatic within the United States. However, the connection will not be automatic outside of the U.S.; Internet Explorer will need the 128-bit high encryption pack option for the strongest security available. Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack is available for download now. Netscape users must use Netscape Communicator 4.
