We can arrange for the vehicle to be parked in a designated area of the airport car park free of charge. Receipts will be posted to you.

We gladly assist with any pre-tour hotel arrangements and you guide will assist you in purchasing any onward train tickets. If you need advise on onward travel please ask and we will gladly design an itinerary to your interest at no extra fee.

The recommended arrival time is 90 minutes before departure. This time may be adjusted for holiday and other busy travel days.

We will monitor the flight status on the day and the driver will arrive at the airport at the time of landing. If you have made other arrangements the driver will arrive according to those arrangements.

We will suggest to be at the airport 2 hrs before the flight due to the high airport security delays.

We schedule our drivers to meet you 30 minutes after your arrival time, to allow for baggage reclaim and passport control. If we have a driver available and we are aware of an early arrival, then you will be met. If however, our schedule does not accommodate an early pick-up, please remain in the terminal and your driver will be with you as quickly as possible.

Our standard procedure involves monitoring all flight arrival times. Regardless of late or early arrival our driver will be there.

We will try to do our best, by giving extra hours to your stay, or storing your luggage. These services are free of charge!

The time spent on the ground before and after the flight is part of the whole experience, and we don't want to rush you. So an early arrival will greatly assist us in staying on schedule.

We recommend that you check in at least 2 hours prior to the departure of your flight. Check-in usually opens 3 hours prior to departure unless otherwise noted and closes 60 minutes prior to departure for all International destinations and Sun destinations and 45 minutes prior to departure for the US. Passengers who arrive after close-out times of flights may be denied boarding.

Because of increased security levels since the 9/11 attack, airlines are requiring passengers to arrive at least one and one half hours prior to their departing flights. Please check United's website at www.ual.com for their requirements for your flight, or phone 800-241-6522.

Our professional team will keep track of your flight status just to make sure that we dispatch our drivers on time. It doesn’t matter if you are early or late. We will always be there.

Answer: Per our airline partners, and the Transportation Security Administration, customers with luggage to check should arrive in the terminal 1 1/2 to 2 (two) hours prior to their scheduled departure time. It is recommended that passengers without luggage to check arrive at the airport at least 60 minutes before their scheduled departure time. With the new security checkpoint procedures and other screening measures in place, passengers should allow adequate time for security checks.

We ask that patrons arrive at the terminal 90 minutes before departure and, after checking in at the ticket counter, proceed to the security checkpoint ASAP.

This is unlikely and there's no guarantee of early occupancy unless you book the night before your arrival date. In this case you can arrive as early as you like as you will have paid for the apartment and no other guests will be checking out that morning GUARANTEED EARLY OCCUPANCY IS A DEFINITE NO - NO UNLESS PRE-BOOKED Again, this is another definite NO. If you wish to ensure that the apartment is available after departure time, the apartment must be booked an extra night.

There is a hotel at the airport called the Sofitel but it seems to be out of most people's price range. There is also a Holiday Inn a few miles down the road. The Armonia on the beach at Vouliagmeni is about half an hour from the Airport. But if you are arriving late (or leaving early) you may as well just stay at a hotel in downtown Athens. The reason it takes a long time to get downtown from the airport is because of traffic.

The airlines suggests one hour prior to flight time and be sure to check the flight time via the internet (www.delta.com) or the 800 number (1-800-221-1212) 24 hours prior to flight to be sure the times are still accurate.

Unfortunately most lounges close at night. For information about individual lounges' hours of operation, enter your travel details on the main page to check availability, then click on the name of the lounge in the Lounge Choices list.

If your flight is leaving very early in the morning, it may not be practical or possible for the owner to meet you for your departure. In this case, you can work something out with the owner such as leaving the keys on the table and slamming the door behind you (they lock automatically in Paris) or leaving them with a neighbour, in the mailbox, etc. If you're leaving very early we strongly advise you to pay your security deposit by credit card before you arrive.
