Selections for a course typically take place approximately 4-5 weeks before the course. A letter informing you of your selection status will be faxed to you at that time. If you have been selected for a course, you will also receive additional information related to the course including a training agenda, hotel information, etc.

There is no definite answer to this question. You will be selected only if/when an investigator who has a position available visits the database and is impressed with your credentials. On or about May 15, those who have not been selected will be informed via e-mail. Remember, there is no central selection committee for this program.

Hostels upload their own availability. If it is within a month or two of your arrival and there is no availability, chances are the rooms are booked. Conversely, if you are trying to book 6 months out, the hostel may not have yet uploaded their inventory. In this case, keep searching or check again on a later date.

All applicants will be notified of Honoree selection by May. Information will be mailed to the address that you provide on your application.

You can review your query selections at the My Selections page. This page can be accessed by clicking the My Selections link at the top of the left navigation column or by clicking the Review Selection button found at the bottom of each active page, including the Format Output. If you've made a mistake or just want to change some of your selections, then click on the appropriate subcategory and select the item(s) of interest.

Participants will be required to exchange frequent e-mails with the Dating Game Staff during the time leading up to the convention. Failure to communicate in a timely manner when required will lead to dismissal from the game.

Applications will be reviewed by an expert panel representing extensive teaching, performance, experience, publishing, and exhibiting arts professionals. Final decisions will be made by the Commission. All applicants will be notified by April 30, 2008. Do not call or email about your application status until after April 30, 2008.

The fellowship committee begins to review files after all admissions decisions have been made. You will be notified by regular mail as soon as recipients have been identified, generally in mid to late March. Unfortunately, we are unable to release funding information by phone or e-mail.

For the BVC awards the candidates for interview are selected over the Christmas vacation and during January. You will receive notification by letter in late January/early February to let you know the outcome. For the CPE awards you will receive notification of whether or not you have been selected for an interview by the end of June.

Everyone who applied to the program will be contacted by the end of April annually. All selections for the program will be made prior to the beginning of May annually.

We'll try and tell you within two weeks of submitting your online application whether we want you to come in for an interview. If you're invited to interview, we will tell you within a week whether you've been successful or not.

Decision letters will be sent in mid-May. A series of forms will then need to be submitted before your enrollment is complete.

Due to the volume of resumes we receive, we may not be able to respond to you personally. If you submit a resume, we will review it against our open positions and if we feel there is a suitable match with our requirements, we will contact you. Your resume will remain current for 30 days from the date it was submitted.

You will need to cancel your seat at least 48 hours before the test date. Your admissions letter will contain information on how to do so. If you fail to provide this notification, you will be assessed a $50 fee.

Many students who earn a two-year Associate's degree at ACC transfer their credits to four-year colleges or universities. ACC has established transfer and articulation agreements with a variety of public and private institutions. See a counselor before you register. If you've registered, go to the Career Center as soon as possible. There you can explore your academic major and career options. The change of major form is available at the Admission and Records office.

You will be notified by email or telephone. You will be told about the program that is available and you'll be given instructions as to where and when to pick up the new vehicle. Delivery of the vehicle is also available. You are free to decline any offer, for any reason, and wait for a more attractive offer, if you wish.

A letter from the Deputy Minister of BCPSA will be sent to your home advising you of the outcome of your candidacy. If you are selected the letter will advise you of next steps.
