Women Fitness (WF) is your online guide to healthy living and optimal fitness. You'll learn practical and enjoyable ways of healthy eating and exercising. Our program cuts through the confusion and teaches you exactly how to achieve the results you want. By eliminating the guesswork, we help you avoid the common mistakes that can waste your time and effort.

Students apply from all over Fairfield and Westchester counties. We have students from 23 towns at St. Luke's. About fifty percent apply from public schools and fifty percent apply from independent and parochial schools. Students looking for a small school with high academic standards and who want to be actively involved in the life of the school (arts, athletics, student government, etc.)

St. Luke's has a dress code, but not a uniform. Students should consult the student handbook for details.

Welcome to St. Luke’s Physical Therapy. Our care is distinguished by individualized therapy delivered by knowledgeable clinicians in a convenient and comfortable surrounding. Our services are ideal for patients with orthopedic or sports injuries, work-related injuries, hip or knee replacements, arthritis and chronic pain, as well as patients recovering from surgery.

St. Luke's is comprised of an even fifty percent young women and men. This year, we enrolled 244 females and 246 males.

Last year, the St. Luke's admission committee received more than 350 applications. We offered admission to approximately 29 percent of this applicant pool.

The St. Luke's curriculum is designed to provide every student with a strong and broad foundation in the arts, humanities and sciences. During their years at St. Luke's, students develop a wide range of basic skills and, with the advantage of flexible planning and much choice, are able to reach as far as their strengths and talents will carry them. Offenses involving a student's integrity, social offenses that threaten the well-being of other individuals or the school community, or continued infractions that indicate an unwillingness to come to terms with the demands of the school all may lead to dismissal. St. Luke's takes special care to address issues associated with alcohol and illegal drugs, both of which are forbidden.

Starting in the 2007-08 school year, only twelfth graders are allowed to apply for a parking permit through the Dean of Students Office.

Yes. St. Luke's awards its $1,400,000 financial aid budget on the basis of need to approximately 16 percent of the student body. St. Luke's does not award merit scholarships. Financial need should never discourage a student from applying for admission to St. Luke's. The School offers nearly full financial aid grants for low-income families and financial aid grants to meet a broad spectrum of need.

During an interim period, the temporal matters of the church are managed by the wardens and the vestry. All the programs and ministries are being continued by the same staff and lay leaders as before the interim period, and several new initiatives have begun during the interim period. The spiritual life of the parish is led by our interim rector, the Rev. Dr. Franklin “Skip” Vilas, and our assistant rector, the Rev. Sheelagh Clarke.

Every year, 52 new fifth graders begin their journey at St. Luke's. They are joined by 8 new peers in the sixth grade as the class expands to sixty students and stays this way through graduation. Additionally, we generally expect 12 openings for each 9th grade class.

In October 2005 the Rev. Dr. Timothy Mulder left St. Luke’s at the mutual decision of our bishop, the Rt. Rev. George Councell, Rev. Mulder and the vestry. Tim was our rector for 7 years: under his leadership we added a third service, our youth groups blossomed, and our Sunday School increased with the many young families who joined the parish during his tenure.

Camps teach you specific skills for your sport. Our Acceleration Program focuses on building speed, strength, quickness, jumping ability and overall conditioning. Each athlete performs every treadmill and plyometric workout with one of our individual trainers supervising, encouraging, and instructing you. For the same price as a camp you get far more one-on-one time with professionals, and you get 4-8 weeks to absorb and practice what you’re learning.

The largest chamber is used 3 times each day for treating patients who have chronic conditions such as non-healing wounds, bone infections and tissue damaged by radiation. The smaller multiplace chamber is setup as an intensive care unit and remains on standby for emergency, post-operative or critical care patients.

Celebration: The ASID Design Awards, the annual awards gala, will honor the achievements of some of the Society’s and the industry’s most distinguished members and design visionaries. Awards presented at this very special event include the Designer of Distinction, Design for Humanity award and ASID Fellowships.

A champagne celebration is part of the tradition and history of hot air ballooning that goes back to the first manned balloon flight. We also have a nice spread of munchies. You'll leave with your champagne bottle signed by your Magic Carpet Ride crew and your personal 'crew' commemorating your balloon adventure.
