To install GenePattern, go to GenePattern Download and follow the instructions for your operating system. To uninstall GenePattern, use the utility provided as part of the GenePattern installation. If the GenePattern uninstall utility is unavailable, deleting the GenePattern installation folder removes all GenePattern files other than the desktop icons. Mac users: If R2.5 is not already installed, GenePattern installs it in the /Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/2.5 folder.
