Students need to maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 (3.0 for graduate students) to participate in the internship program.

FIG mentors must be in good academic standing and good disciplinary standing with The University of Texas to apply for and maintain the job. It is preferred that applicants have a 3.0 GPA.

The physical therapy curriculum requires full-time study in rigorous course work, and students must have a 3.0 average in this course work in order to graduate with a physical therapy degree. Thus, to be admitted to the program, students must generally have achieved at least a 3.0 GPA in undergraduate work. However, occasionally students have been unable to achieve this benchmark because of extenuating circumstances. If your undergraduate GPA is less than 3.

Kellogg has no minimum requirements for the GMAT or GPA. The average GMAT is 700, with approximately 75 percent of our enrolled students scoring between 650 and 740. The GMAT is just one criterion in the admissions process and is not the only indicator for success in business school. GMAT scores are valid for five years from the testing date to the application deadline to which you are applying.

You need to be aware of a sobering reality: admission to a health professions school is a highly competitive process. This means, of course, that these schools will draw candidates from the high end of the GPA range. Consider these statistics. The most common GPA for applicants admitted to medical schools nationwide, for example, is 3.75. At Upstate Medical University, the median overall GPA for accepted applicants is around 3.65 (3.57 for the science GPA).

G.P.A. is Grade-Point Average - the average of all grades earned; weighted by the number of quarter credits each course is worth.

OSU requires a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale) in all previous undergraduate and graduate work for regular admission to graduate school. We require the general GRE exams; we do not require the GRE subject exam. (The average total GRE score for Statistics/Biostatistics students arriving with TA funding in autumn of 2001 was 1974; the median was 2020.

Some scholarships, such as the Marshall and Rhodes, have very high GPA requirements. Other scholarships are not as strict about the GPA. Most are looking for students with significant community involvement, personal integrity, and the potential for leadership.

If your cumulative GPA and/or your SPEA GPA and/or your Semester GPA fall below minimum standards, you are no longer considered in Good Academic Standing. Consequences can range from being placed on Academic Probation, an inability to engage in the required internship until Good Standing is restored, Critical Probation, or Dismissal. These academic actions are considered twice a year for each of our students. Other than Dismissal, students have one semester to return to Good Academic Standing.

The Graduate Council requires a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university or foreign equivalent. The minimum GPA is 2.7 out of a possible 4.0 on undergraduate coursework or a 3.0 on a 4-point scale for any graduate work. Other conditions may apply. Refer to the Graduate Catalog for additional information. For international student admission, the minimum GPA is a B average on all academic coursework. A Foreign undergraduate degree must be equivalent to a 4-year U.

Graduation with certification and endorsement normally requires a minimum GPA of 2.75 overall and in science courses. A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required for admission to the certification program in the Woodring College of Education.

There are no minimum cut-off scores but admitted students are likely to have scores similar to other competitive programs in Rackham.

There is some flexibility in our GPA requirements. Typically, our successful applicants have science GPA’s between a 2.5 and a 3.2 and overall GPA’s of at least a 2.7. There are exceptions to these guidelines—the deciding factor is whether or not the program administrators feel that an applicant will be in a position to be a competitive medical school applicant at the end of the program.

We do not have a specific GPA requirement, because we look at the "total picture". Typically, our students have an undergraduate GPA of 3.5 or better. Volunteer work and experience in the human services (especially therapy-related experience) is highly recommended.

GPA: The School of Social Work requires a minimum 3.0 undergraduate gpa for regular admission. If an applicant has a 2.55-2.99, the applicant will be placed on admission probation. If the gpa is lower than a 3.0, the last 60 hours will be recalculated. Applicants with a cumulative and last 60 hours of a 2.54 or less will not be considered for admission. There is no minimum GRE or GPA requirement. The Admissions Committee reviews each aspect of every application before coming to a decision.

Eligible applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or better and an MCAT average score of 7.0 or better. Interviews are based on the competitiveness of the applicant pool.

Your general education, major, and cumulative GPA must be at least 2.0. See Scholarship Requirement in the UCLA General Catalog.

Major Average—If a student has more courses in a major area than are actually required, only those courses specifically required for the major will be used to determine the required 2.00. Minor Average—For those minors which require a 2.00 grade point average (GPA), only those courses specifically required for the minor will be used to determine the required 2.00.

Our department does not have a minimum score requirement for the GRE. In order to be admitted to OSU, the Graduate School requires international student applicants to achieve a minimum TOEFL score of 79 (IBT), 213 (CBT) or 550 (PBT).

Q: What if I don't complete my degree requirements by the August deadline ? (Usually the last business day in August) You must reapply by submitting another degree application to the Registrar's Office in order to reactivate the processing of your academic record and your diploma order. You may obtain the necessary forms from Registrar's Office via pick-up, mail, or fax.

In evaluating a student's application, we consider not only their GPR and GRE scores, but also the courses taken, letters of recommendation, and research experience and interests. On average, the students accepted into our program have an undergraduate GPA of greater than 3.2. Scores from each of the three sections of the GRE (verbal, quantitative, and analytical) are evaluated. Scores for students admitted should be above 500 on each section.

Students must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00 on all graduate level coursework. Students who earn one grade of "F" or three grades of "C" in 500-, 600- or 700-level courses will be terminated from the program. A student cannot graduate with three grades of "C" in a graduate program.

You must have a cumulative 2.0 GPA in all your work at UH. For POLS majors and minors, you must have a 2.0 in all your major or minor coursework as well (average of all major or minor classes). Please check with your minor department for GPA requirements.

We do not have hard and fast rules. Usually the average GMAT score for entering students is approximately 600 and the average GPA is about 3.3. By requiring all applicants to take the GMAT, we guarantee that your classmates have had to meet the same exacting admission standards that you did. This ensures that classroom conversations will be at a consistently high level.

All-Net certification occurs before the season starts, and requires players to show a 2.0 grade point average for the prior school year's final report period. Foothill-SLAM will check the report card GPA before allowing a player on an All-Net team. There are no exceptions. There is a second certification during the season based on the first trimester, or second quarter report card. Again a 2.0 GPA is required for eligibility in post-season play.
