There are scheduled transfers from Vancouver airport every 1 - 2 hours or from downtown Vancouver. Other options are limousines/taxis or for groups, you can charter a van or motor coach. Picking up passengers from the Vancouver International Airport or from many Vancouver downtown hotels, the Whistler Express Bus will take two hours to arrive in Whistler, passing some magnificent scenery on the way. Shuttle service from Whistler Village directly to the front door of the Glacier Lodge can be arranged also. But for privacy and luxury, nothing beats a limousine.

Travel by float plane is the fastest way to get to Whistler with minimal hassle. Enjoy the magnificent scenery on a thirty minute flight that departs directly from downtown Vancouver first thing in the morning every day during the spring, summer, and fall. (Float planes can't be expected to land on frozen water so rule them out in the winter months!) Helicopter charters are also a possibility; they are more expensive but copters fly all year long.

Without question, the most scenic way to get to Whistler is by rail. Both regular passenger trains and special steam trains (a unique experience where you can step back in time) follow the Sea-to-Sky Corridor valley floor where you'll see river torrents and woodland swamps, in addition to majestic mountain ranges and vast West Coast forests all viewed up close.

There are two airports about 90 minutes away from Mercersburg: Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Most students find Dulles to be more convenient.

The nearest International Airport of significance is Gatwick which is about 50 minutes by car. Heathrow is within 90 minutes drive and Stanstead is 80 minutes away.

Take Highway 401 west until you see the Highway 8 (Exit 278) sign to Kitchener, stay to the right and take the first exit to Sportsworld Drive. The Bradley International Airport which services the Hartford/Springfield area is approximately 1 ½ hours from Glenholme (click here for directions).

Your driver will meet and greet you at the baggage claim area at Orlando International Airport with your name on a sign. If you do not see you driver, do not panic! Just contact us and we’ll locate them for you.

Milano Malpensa is forty-five minutes by car from Lugano and is served by all the major international airline carriers. There is a frequent shuttle service that runs from Lugano train station to Malpensa. See here for the Malpensa shuttle service timetable. Alternatively, there is a smaller airport six kilometers outside of Lugano which is served by smaller airlines. These fly mainly to Zürich.

The International Airport is located at Nadi which is approximately 15-20 minutes from Nadi Town. From Vancouver: find your way to Highway 99 and drive north to Squamish and onwards to Whistler. We're about 1.5 hour drive from downtown Vancouver and 40 minutes from Squamish. Once you enter Whistler keep driving, you'll pass through Whistler Creekside, past the subdivisions 'Nordic Estates' and 'Brio' and then you'll arrive at the main village. Turn right at the stop lights. Straight over the next set of lights, then go under a pedestrian bridge and turn left at the stop sign.
