The number of websites linking to your site isn't as important as the quality of the links you get. Sometimes, having a few links from highly-ranked web pages can do a lot better than several lowly-ranked pages linking to your website. Of course, you cannot learn everything about "Search Engine Marketing" by reading a few questions and answers.

Keyword Targeting is the process of finding which set of keywords are the most effective at bringing up your website's content on search engines. Everyone better than I am and that's a pretty big list. The writers I've known personally have mostly been in Prague and some of them are so good they give me courage to be as good.
