What is the RLC's position on abortion?

RLC FAQ -> Republican Liberty Caucus Frequently Asked Questi...
Neutral. We have both pro-lifers to pro-choicers, and in between. As far as libertarian groups go, you'll find that we are probably the most "tolerant" of the pro-life viewpoint. Our immediate past chairman, Cong. Ron Paul (R-TX, 14th Dist.) is very pro-life. Many other members are pro-choice. As libertarians, we oppose Federal funding of abortion under any circumstances. It is not a litmus test, and it is not an issue that is often debated internally.

What about the Jewish postion? I don't care about their position only God's. That's the position we should ALL care about. The only position. For one thing your argument hold no foundation. Conception happens when a sperm and egg become one. So how can a sperm alone create life? It can't. So your thoughts about masterbation and contraception are irrelevant. They prevent life but do not murder it. Big difference. I shall have to continue this for another time...i gots to work.

Why is the abortion ban being challenged in court?

FAQ: Federal Abortion Ban
The law is being challenged for two reasons. First, the ban is so broad it would prohibit a wide range of abortions performed in the second trimester. Second, it would prohibit abortions that are safe and among the best to protect women's health. The law does not include an exception if the woman's health is at risk, as required by the Supreme Court's decisions on abortion law since Roe.
