When I try to switch cameras via the Internet, I get a message saying 'SORRY, Camera x is either already selected or isn't available for selection' even though the button is available on the page for selection. You need the latest version, which as of 24/12/07 is version 1.28. You may need to install an earlier version (1.18) first and then run the upgrade to 1.28. Also, it's advisable to synchronise the modules in case any changes have been made (see How do I synchronise BlitzMax modules? for more information.)

It is always recommended to uninstall old versions first. However, it is not a requirement. If there only have been a few small changes between your old and the new version, then you can just install the new version on top of the old version. That should work fine, without any problems. If there have been major changes, then the installer will automatically prompt you that you should uninstall first.
