Yes. In order to receive any financial aid, the federal government requires that we have a final official transcript for all students. If a transfer student has already completed 24 or more credits, their high school information SAT/ACT scores will not be used to evaluate them for admission, but we still need to have their transcript to complete their file before they can enroll.
