Within UTS Webmail, When viewing an email message, simply click the name and address you want to add. Alternatively, Click the "Addresses" tab and add the address book entry using the "New Contact" Button.

I am novice. I still can not receive complete many e-mails form friends using AOL, Verizon, even Earthlink. When I open the e-mails I get verbage but more often than not no pictures. Also, I still don't know how to open HTML e-mail. Where I work we use Microsoft and only thig I need to do is view in HTML and e-mail pop up complete.

Global Address Book is a shared address book, which can be read by all users in the same domain. Only domain administrator can add/edit/delete the contacts. Only system user or domain administrator can set a user as domain administrator.
