There are 3 sets of both Imperial and Rebel armor that you can purchased from an armorsmith on your server. These suits cannot be purchased from a recruiter and only a master armorsmith can obtain the schematics from a recruiter. In order to join a faction you must either visit a recruiter or a pilot trainer. Converse with them and they will allow you to join their faction. If you decide to switch factions, you will have to wait 5 days (120 hours) before you can join the opposing faction.

Home cities are non-combat zones where players will be able to take a break from the battlefield and relax. You'll find all sorts of things in the home city, including trades, shops, guild halls, apartment buildings, garages, etc.. The Alternatives have a city called Eska. Their rivals the Sapiens have Nostalonia.

You must be either combatant or SF to place a factional base. Furthermore, each planet has a cap on the number of bases it can hold. This cap is the total of Imperial and Rebel bases combined. You are also limited to 3 bases per character. Only three bases can be in the same 1000m area.

In a more rigorous game, we would have labeled all the swords as "weapon" and all the armor as "armor" and so on. Try to use common sense, even if this IS Munchkin. Spikes don't turn armor into a weapon. A shield is neither weapon nor armor. Neither is a Really Impressive Title.

Sheet plastic (such as ABS or Styrene) which is heated and then vacuum formed (i.e. blown and then sucked!) over a negative copy of the original (the mould). The thinner the plastic and the stronger the suction, the cleaner and sharper the cast will be. Most Stormtrooper helmets and armor are made this way, as were the originals. Answer: Different parts need different types of padding. We recommend closed cell foam (camp mat) as the basic means of isolating the fighter from battle damage. We further recommend open cell padding wherever soft tissue will rub against the pad. Gorget and helmet are good candidates for open cell padding but different people like different things. We think that street hockey glove are great for under our demi-gauntlets.

It's hard to say. Bob and Dave had a lot of cool armors during their runs, but I think my favorite is probably the Modular Armor from the Kaminski/Hopgood stories. Most of Shellhead's armors are just variations of the same-especially in recent years-but the Modular Armor looked crisp and revolutionary while maintaining the red and gold look. It was sleek and modern, and just the updating the book needed at the time. Many of the armors since just seem like recycled versions of the each other.

Given the artistic license often employed by writers, it's hard to say precisely, but here's my top five most powerful armors. The War Machine Armor. Tony built it as a total weapon for all-out combat. It's a tough as any other armor and carries a heck of a lot more firepower. Iron Man really kicked butt in that suit. Lots of different places over the years. We make some of it ourselves - particularly greaves, gorgets, and spaulders or pauldrons - out of plate steel (usually 16 gauge). Much of our company stock was bought years ago or made to order by companies that have since gone out of business. It's hard to nail down a good source of plate armor these days (though it's a good deal easier to find quality chainmail than it used to be - check our Links page).

Armor is not required. Our weapons are constructed so that they don't leave marks, bruises, etc on an unarmored body. Note that you will see armor being worn on the battle field. This armor is mainly for show and to absorb hits before having to take a wound. Any armor worn on the field is not for a safety reason.

This "hard" bolt of magical force hits the armor just like a bullet, staff thrust or fist, doing damage on impact, and either denting it a little or punching a hole straight through. Cyclone armor will absorb the amount of damage listed in the skill description for whatever skill level it is at. This means that you will be unharmed by Elemental Damage as long as the shield is active. In PvP this can be very helpful, since the 75% Damage reduction will mean less damage to your shield, and you can always recast it.

Most Amtgarders eventually build their own weapons and armor. Loaner equipment is often provided for new members (i.e. 'newbies'). Most new members, after participating in Amtgard for a few weeks, quickly learn to make equipment tailored for their own specific styles and needs.

The armor-piercing probability calculation uses various parameters, such as the scheme of a particular tank's armor including armor steel quality and slope angles. After piercing the armor, the shell flies inside the tank and explodes. Depending on the shell's caliber, its capability to destroy the tank varies. Smaller projectiles that make their way under the armor are also taken into account, as they can hit reserve ammo, damage a gun or the transmission.

There are a number of factors that can influence the service life of body armor. The NIJ has sponsored research that indicates that age is not the only factor in determining the service life of armor. Other factors to consider include: how regularly the armor was worn; how it was cared for; if the armor fits the wearer properly (most people lose or gain weight over a period of years); and the overall condition of the armor (do the fasteners still work properly and so on).

No, they won???t be the same. Armor and weapon of warriors will be different from those of wizards; a warrior will not be able to use a wizard???s staff, just as a wizard won???t be able to use a warrior???s sword.

Being a phantom summoner, light armor and duals would be the best choice. Light armor because PSs have to tank more often than other summoners because their summons don't recharge their MP, but they do have CLD. And while tanking you can't cast, so you have to go melee, and as we don't have any specific masteries, the best melee weapons are the duals to use that strength bonus you have. First go for Theca and then for Blue Wolf light.
