The Marlborough campus, situated on 40 gorgeous acres abutting conservation lands, has had five major expansions, houses more than 400 seniors, is often full, but typically has a very short wait list.

Most of our communities have a small store or road access to one. Chipewyan Lake does not have a store.

It depends. Bus service to and from school is not provided on a daily basis. Students either walk, ride bicycles, or are driven to and from school by parents. Regency Senior Communities provides residential and care service programs for seniors. Program service levels range from Senior Living to Assisted Living. These programs meet the needs of both the active senior with tremendous social and recreational programs and those seniors who have increasing care needs that may include medication management, bathing assistance, diabetic care management, and other personal care in addition to meal provision, housekeeping and laundry services.

When you come to HSU, you can arrange to live in a residence hall organized around a theme. We call them "Special Living Communities". Special Living Communities give you a chance to hang out and learn for a year alongside people who share your interests. We have several areas of special interest housing in which residents can live in 2007-08. One of the more popular areas is Outdoor Adventures and Community Service (OACS).

There will be a variety of vending machines available on the new campus. We are still exploring options for providing a limited food service on the new campus. More information will be made available in the near future. Students, staff and faculty need to be aware that there are currently no commercial food services available within walking distance to the new campus and should plan accordingly.
