Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is not required by Companies but by individuals. For example the Director or the Company Secretary, signing on behalf of the Company requires a DSC.

The due date for E-filing an IFTA return is the same as the due date for filing an IFTA return on paper. Ans: A Certifying Authority can issue a digital signature certificate to a subscriber. Section 35 of the Act and the Certifying Authorities Rules framed under the Act stipulate the methods for issuance of a digital signature certificate.
