I feel that in order to make creative music, the atmosphere in the studio needs to be comfortable. I like to make sure that the client is always comfortable and isn't thinking about anything but doing the best take that they can...and if thinking about that is even stressing them out, I'll make them think about kittens. I realize that music is a very personal experience.

With the cassette, you can take a subsequent, quiet moment at you leisure to review the session. Portions of what you receive during the session may make no immediate sense, or may be denied and blocked out by your conscious mind, lost if not recorded. You should be overly prepared and rehearsed with songs that are totally completed . Well...the toughest had to be "Beneath The Planet of The Apes" (Fox), a Leonard Roseman score, very very tough.
