Each corporate team includes up to 5 members. The winning team will have the best combined time for all members. Teams with fewer than five members must repeat the slowest member’s time to equal a team combination of five.

Each summer team of 3-5 members is placed at one Japanese church to work for the entire ministry assignment. However, if you have more than 5 team members, we can discuss the possibilities of multiplying your team into two sub-teams. You would need two sub-teams working in separate churches primarily because of the limitations that Japanese churches have in hosting large teams.

Even though individual skills are taught and emphasized in STTU programs, most training is geared toward the needs of special response teams or military units operating as a cohesive group. However, programs such as advanced firearms training, CQB, CQS, the sniper school and various lecture programs do cater to the needs of the individual. The number of trainees will have a direct affect on the length of the program and number of STTU instructors required to supervise the training.
