If a drink were to spill, valuable cards could easily become damaged, and games in progress could be disrupted beyond repair. AAA, Majors, Juniors and Seniors division managers will contact players immediately following team drafts, usually within a day or two. Drafts are held within two weeks of the Junior and Major Division Try-Outs and AA and AAA (formerly Minor) Division Assessment events in February. Please refer to the Calendar for dates. Our system will send an email to each team member registered to let them know what time they are playing. This email will be received the last working day before the game and then the again the next week for the following game. The email will ask for the players' availability - they can choose 'Available' or 'Unavailable' which will send an automatic email through to the team organiser so they know at the touch of a button who is playing each week.

Recently we have selected ten to twelve men and women from those who tryout as members of the Shocker Bowling Teams. Most events limit our roster to 6 -8 men and women at an event. In the 2001-02 season, our national and governing body- USBC Collegiate expanded the roster size to 8 men and 8 women.
