If a referee fails to show for a game it is up to the Head Coaches of both teams to determine if the game will be played. The league would prefer that the game be played to maintain the season’s schedule of games and reduce the number of game changes, but it realizes there are many other factors to consider.

DBRITE was left out of version 1.0 of XTower because it would have delayed the release time by several months. We do plan on adding a very realistic DBRITE for the next major release of XTower. For now you’ll just have to practice without one.
