If you own an Aprilaire humidifier the answer is very simple -- "Yes." The humidifier will not have an adverse affect on the air cleaner since the humidity being created is a vapor (gas). It is our recommendation that you contact the manufacturer of your humidifier for specific application information if you do not own an Aprilaire Humidifier.

In most cases this filter will install in the same filter track that your existing furnace filter is installed. In those cases where an odd size filter is currently installed it may require a filter track to be installed. The cost from most HVAC contractors for this filter track would be $50.
