Any piece that requires repairs by the factory may not be returned without prior approval. The Customer Service Person managing your account will issue a return authorization number or U.P.S. call tag. It is the customers’ responsibility to carton merchandise for return and have it ready for pickup at the location of the original delivery. Elden Collections is not responsible for freight costs that may be incurred when returning a piece that sustained damage in transit.
