MT-NewsWatcher requires Mac OS 8.1 or later, with version 1.0.3 or later of the Appearance Manager extension installed. Earlier versions had bugs, or too limited functionality to be useful. CS110 Spring 98-99I didn't want to do PowerPC or ARM because these are RISC, like MIPS. I think it's valuable to get some experience with something other than RISC (if for no other reason, just to have something to compare to). I didn't want to do Intel x86 because I've heard from numerous sources that the x86 is a really _ugly_ architecture for doing assembly. This left the 68000, which is a clean CISC chip.

PointRider - FAQSome people already asked me to create a 68k version ... At the moment, my main goal is to improve it and a 68k requires time and missing libs (SDL_ttf). PointRider needs power too and I don't think it will be fast on a 68k Amiga. Except under emulation of course but emulation was useful waiting for PPC machines.
