The scheme can be triggered if you make significant changes to your computer (say, upgrading to a new version of Windows or changing the CPU) while Zero Hour is installed.

There is no supported method of doing this, but you can edit the registry to achieve RS in a Window. NOTE that you should not edit the Registry unless you know what you are doing - you can severely affect your system by playing around with the Registry. The gist of the Zero Hour story is that the United States won the original war. The GLA is now trying to reorganize its splintered cells. USA command faces off against one of these cells and a gamma toxin general named Dr. Thrax. The USA scenario revolves around defeating Thrax and his arsenal of chemical weapons. In another of a long line of Design Decisions I Regret, xv tries to do all sorts of clever things with regard to the image window's position on screen.
