The height restriction in the Hilton Center and Pavilion is 20'. Hanging signs are not permitted in the Hilton Ballroom.

You can order additional signage off the sign service order form. If you request any special logos or color schemes you need to send that to us ahead of time so that we may quote you a price.

Banners or other identification suspended or otherwise separated from the booth itself are not permitted. See page 10 of the Exhibitor Prospectus for details.

Unless officially licensed and approved by the Event, banners and signs are prohibited. Police, event security and event staff will remove banners and signs that are not approved. These items will not be returned to the owner. No banners or signs may be placed on the Bicycle Rack or fence that lines the parade route, as it interferes and blocks the view of the parade.

In order to obtain a permit to hang a banner, you must first notify the Kentucky Department of Transportation at 341-2700. Once the DOT has issued a permit, you can then contact the Erlanger Fire/EMS Department at 727-7942. In order for the Fire/EMS Department to hang the banner, you must present the banner, permit, and pay the fee for hanging the banner.

It depends on user preference. Proponents of low hang points say it's more like a free flight (unpowered) harness, and this is only somewhat true--having to balance 45+ pounds of motor/fuel will never allow it to be very much like free-flight. Some say that low hang points allow more weight shift control, and this may be true, but weightshift ability is more a matter of the relative position of the hang points and the machine/pilot's center of gravity (CG).

Your booth ID sign will have your company name and booth number on it. The name is based on how you registered with the Association.

Different hammock lengths (ring to ring) will require different instructions. We can only make recommendations and you will have to tweak the installation to suit you. If your hammock is 13 feet long you will want a space approximately 15 feet apart with a foot of chain or rope at each end to adjust the hammock up or down from the ground. The hammock hooks that you hang the hammock from should be at least 4 to 5 feet off the ground.

Hanging your set at the right height makes all the difference for comfortable viewing. In general, there are two schools of thought: If you will be watching the TV while sitting on the couch, then the center of the TV should be at eye level when sitting up straight on the couch. However, this could make the TV seem low when standing next to it.

Consider your heavy bag as your opponent. With that in mind, the bag should be high enough to deliver a blow to the "head", so the top of the bag should be about level with the top of your head. If you have a very short bag, you may need to adjust this height somewhat. Unfortunately, this is normal. The combination of your punches and gravity are causing the contents of the bag to settle to the bottom. The best and maybe only option you have, is to purchase an outer cover for your bag.

A chandelier that is hung in a foyer should have the bottom at least 8 feet above the floor. If the ceiling is very high the chandelier may be hung higher than 8 feet. If there is a window above the door thru which the chandelier will be seen from the outside, the chandelier should be hung centered in relation to the window.

The recommended distance from the ground for placement of the tree hook is between 4 and 5 feet. If your supports are closer than the above recommended distance, the tree hooks should be raised.

Banner space can be reserved no more than twenty (20) school days before the day the banner is to be hung. A student group may reserve a maximum of five (5) days of banner space per month. The organization requesting banner space is responsible for the erection and removal of, and any damage caused by the banner. You may sign up for a booth for a month at a time; however, signing for the year enables you to get a 5% discount and the ability to pick your booth location.

Yes. The ceiling in the Cow Palace is not a consistent height. If you have a question about the ceiling height as it relates to your booth, please call the show managers at (410) 265-7400 x112. At its highest point it is 16 feet.

No. Booth structures and elements must be maintained within the officially contracted exhibit space, and not protrude into the aisles. This includes all truss work, lighting apparatus, audio and projection equipment, speakers, etc. These elements must be directed into your booth and not towards the aisles or neighboring exhibitors.

Single Person and Group CAMP-ONLY passes are designated for exclusive artists/attractions that are represented by associate members exhibiting in the Campus Activities Marketplace. This pass is limited to the Marketplace only and no meals or meal coupons will be included. CAMP-ONLY passes may be purchased for multiple days.

I do not bring signs to events or announce the name of my DJ service. I find that even high quality signs and banners draw attention away from your event. In addition, I will not lay business cards on your tables. Guests who are interested in my services are welcome to approach me personally and I will happily give them a card at their request. I will simply announce my self as Joseph, your DJ.

Most people hang pictures too high. The often-repeated rule of thumb is that the horizontal centerline of a picture should be at eye level. This is not particularly helpful advice since people vary in height, but an average-size person should be able to look comfortably at a picture without having to either bend down or look up.

You should at least see to that the chandelier is hanging as far up so everyone can see eachother across the table.

If your ceiling is 8 feet high the bottom of the chandelier should be 30 inches above the table. For a higher ceiling the chandelier may be raised 3 inches for every foot of ceiling height above 8 feet. For example for a 10 foot ceiling the proper height would be 36 inches (30+6).
