They will have a board with your name on it and they will be waiting for you at the baggage carousel at the Domestic Terminal (either Brisbane or Gold Coast Airport). With the Brisbane International Airport when you come out of the arrival hall, to the left you will be met at the Pre-Booked Ground Transport area. Our Drivers stay near there, again with the board and your name on it.

If you are flying into the Eugene airport, you can take a taxi, or the OMNI Shuttle, which costs around $20 to get to downtown. If you are flying into Portland, there are a few more options.
