Recently published articles may not be online yet, even though the citation is in the database you searched. Occasionally the article is online, but the linking is not yet set up correctly and browsing in the online journal can still get you to the article. There was a typo or error in the citation, so Find@UVa sent wrong information to the journal provider and the article couldn't be found. If this happens, use the Find@UVa link to the journal and search for the article there.

There are connection problems between your computer and the server, or the file does not exist on the server. If you keep getting this error, e-mail the Income Tax Division. This error message occurs if two instances of InstallShield are started by clicking on setup or the install exe program to many times. Resolve this condition by closing one instance of InstallShield. You will get an Hostname Error page when you attempt to access a database that has not yet been set up for use by EZProxy. The EZProxy administrator must specify all the domains (i.e., silverplatter.com) and computer hostnames (i.e., spweb.silverplatter.com) for which EZProxy should be used.
