You must notify the hotel, hostel, house, or apartment IMMEDIATELY that you plan to stay fewer nights than you originally reserved. You will find the contact details in the e-mail sent to you when you initially made the reservation. If this notification is made less than 15 days before your original arrival date, the establishment has the right to charge 40% of the total for the services (room nights + any activities, etc.) you reserved.

If you enroll for fewer units than anticipated, it may affect your financial aid eligibility. You must contact the Financial Aid Office to determine if your aid will be affected.

The ICEHOTEL? facility in Jukkasj?rvi has, in addition to "cool" accommodation also warm accommodation: 4 bed cabins, Aurora houses and Kaamos hotel rooms. Usually this means that for practical purposes, and to have the right mix of adventure and comfort, guests stay one night in ICEHOTEL? proper and then a night or more in accommodation with private bathroom, luggage keeping etc. Most people stay at least 2 nights.

On a typical club night people start to arrive around 8:00pm but things don't really get going until 20-30 minutes later. Usually we have the notices. This is typically details of future events, some events, such as meals out require the organiser to know how many places to book. We typically sign up to these events at club nights but a phone call to the organiser will also work. Following that the real entertainment begins, often this is a quiz or some game organised by one of the group.

Once we receive your order and deposit we will make all the arrangements for your wedding day. We will send you an invoice confirming all the details of your wedding. Please look it over carefully. At the same time, we will send you a map to your marriage license appointment, a map to the wedding location, a street map of the Big Island and a copy of the ceremony used by your Minister.

The car is transported on a flatbed truck to our storage yard in Yokohama, where it is safely stored in secure grounds awaiting the next boat. It is promptly de-registered and prepared for export, Customs cleared, transported to the boat, loaded and secured. It then leaves for Southampton. This trip is usually 5 ½ weeks from Yokohama. As the car departs, you pay balance outstanding in Japan for cost of the car, transport, documentation and preparation costs.
