Download the installer and install INSIGHT on the new computer. Copy your recipes into the Documents:INSIGHT:Recipe folder on the new machine using a diskette or across the network (the Preferences dialog in INSIGHT can open the folder it stores recipes in). If you made changes to the materials copy the standard materials file into the Documents:INSIGHT folder also.

Insight is sometimes called awareness meditation. It differs from concentration meditation in that it is not trying to control the mind or bring about a state. It is to try to see things as they really are and specifically identifies the three marks of experience. Namely all conditioned things are transient, unsatisfactory and all things are non-self. Although concentration meditation is very beneficial, bringing about many beautiful states of mind, it cannot of itself lead to enlightenment.

For Macintosh and Linux trash the INSIGHT folder and the INSIGHT folder in your documents folder. If you don't want to lose recipe files, move the recipe folder out of the INSIGHT folder (in your documents folder).
