The City of Escondido - City DepartmentsJob Descriptions (NOTE: These are not open jobs but rather a listing of all jobs that are within the City of Escondido's organization.) If you are interested in any of these positions, you can submit a job interest card that will be kept on file until the position is opened for recruitment. You will be notified when that position is open. Also, we have a clipboard in the Human Resources lobby with job descriptions we receive from other cities and agencies such as the School District.
