Hey! I see something that someone wrote next to a system ... How do I do that?

Outer Space FAQ
This is a text buoy. You can have up to 30 separate personal buoys. From the system overview when clicking on a star on the sector map, you can add, edit, or delete a buoy. You can have 10 buoys that are visible to your allies. Check mark the "visible to allies" box so allies can see the buoy text on the map. Otherwise only you will be able to see it. You can write multiple lines, but only 2 lines will be displayed on the map.

Draft rec.boats.cruising FAQ
My name is David Dennis, and I'll be very up front about this: I have virtually no cruising experience, an attribute that would seem to disqualify myself completely and utterly from FAQ writing or maintenance. What I've discovered over the years, though, is that one of the best ways to learn and accumulate knowledge and eventually become an expert is to write a FAQ. And, since I'm an inverterate reader, I know quite a bit more than one might think.

Hey, PJStar.com Dude, why doesn't my post appear as I wrote it?

PJStar.com Forums :: FAQ
You probably used a "censored" word. You shouldn't do that. You agreed you wouldn't when you registered. Stop it. In the Online World, all you have is what you type. Nobody can see your facial expression, your body language, or any of the other cues that humans rely on for complete communication. Consequently, some posters feel that since all anybody knows about you is your choice of "handle" and your ability to spell, that it's important to do that well.

Hey, where are the images?

MiniVend Frequently-Asked Questions
MiniVend is a CGI program, and if you tried to use relative image paths you would end up with IMG tags like Not what you want. So MiniVend by default uses an ImageDir for a prefix. In the demo that would be /simple/images/, so image specs that have no absolute path information are prefixed with that. Absolute image paths are not affected, so if you reference an image at /other/images/whatever.gif, it will not be touched.

colour analysis training frequently asked questions
I've been in this fabulous business for 27 years and for the first 17 of those years, I ran a colour-only service. I have always been an independent and have developed my own approach to colour analysis, treating people in the way I like to be treated - as an unique individual. Over the years I have trained lots of wonderful consultants face to face. I've developed my own way of teaching and have designed this course for independent free thinkers who want to run their own business.

Hey, really - what's WFL?

The alt.comedy.standup FAQ
Wired For Laughs is an annual event that occurs in November most years. It was suggested as a way for the comics on alt.comedy.standup to get together, to perform and get to know each other. Most of us thought that it would be a good way to put a damper on some of the on-going flame wars, when in reality, it just put some people within slapping distance. We have been fortunate enough to perform at The Improv in Hollywood each year, and anyone who wants stage time is welcomed.

Who wrote the Gospel of Thomas?

The Gospel of Thomas: Frequently Asked Questions
No one knows. The four canonical gospels and Thomas and other gospels such as the Gospel of Philip (found at Nag Hammadi) were given their names some time in the second century. Scholars of the New Testament generally agree that none of the gospels were written by people who had ever met Jesus of Nazareth during his lifetime. But at a later date names were assigned to them that were associated with famous individuals in the earliest church.
