A total of 3 months of your account history is kept on the Online Bill site at any given time. Your account in My Career Center will deactivate if there has been no activity (updating your information or applying for jobs) for one year.

Case information remains accessible on WCCA for the minimum retention period for the case type as set by Supreme Court Rule - Chapter 72. However, cases with active warrants, active appeals or money still owed remain available on WCCA. Contact the Clerk of Circuit Court office in the county where the case was filed for complete case information for those cases that no longer display on WCCA. Dismissed cases to which these time periods apply do not include stipulated dismissals - see SCR 72.

Your mailbox remains active for one semester after your last semester of enrollment unless you have an incomplete or blank grade. Students with incomplete or blank grades will be deleted after two semesters of non-enrollment . When your mailbox is deleted, your email address is reserved for you in case you should re-enroll in the future.

Reference letters are confidential and are removed from the candidate's file before they are returned. They are kept on file for the next consecutive year along with the three new reference letters but only if the candidate submits in a consecutive year. Any remaining letters on file once that year's candidate reference letters have been filed will be destroyed if the candidate does not resubmit in the consecutive year.
