Yes, you can use the image upload feature in the design studio. Photos must be at least 300 dpi at the size they are to be printed. Logos should be sent as high-resolution, black and white artwork. We can crop your photo for you so it shows up in the design studio properly, please email customer care with your photo and any instructions. Photo touch-ups can be done for an additional fee.

If you don't know how to resize a photo to use as your profile pic, just upload the photo you have. As long as it's under 100kB, we'll resize it for you so it fits. If you want to resize it yourself, you can use a program like Photoshop, IrFanView, MS Paint, PaintShopPro, or iPhoto to resize a digital photo or image. You can use a crop tool to get the right dimensions (235 pixels wide by 175 pixels high) or you can use the resize function.

We have developed a unique imprinting process that allows us to put your team picture and logo on a puck. Most other companies that provide custom pucks will use a process called screen printing. This process places ink onto the puck and can be easily scratched off. Unlike screen printing, our imprinting process does not limit the number of colors that can be applied.
