FAQPreparing the plans and construction drawings are done within 30 days of the date of the closing. Applying and receiving the permits varies from town to town but we usually receive the permits within 60 days of application. Depending on the complexity of the project we can usually begin construction within 30 days of receiving the permits. Therefore, construction typically will begin within 120 days of the contract date.
