Nope. We don't think that the world is an empty, meaningless place, even though we don't think a god designed it. We think the world is a fascinating, wonderful, interesting place, and we enjoy living in it. Now, you may think that it's impossible to "really" enjoy this world without believing of God as the designer. We don't feel that way.

The second point is that the strength of the inference, how confident we are in it, is quantitative. And they asked me if I would write an article about the emerging intelligent design movement. I wrote this article called Life's Grand Design in 1994, and just to refresh your memory about the testimony this morning, 1994 was before I had met or heard of Dr.

The whole idea is to prevent arguments by sorting out little problems before they flare up into arguments. We are all only human though, each with his/her own little personality quirks, so differences do arise. We don't have to look too far to see our lack of godliness. Since its beginning in the early 1990s, the intersex movement has challenged the idea that intersex bodies are abnormal or diseased. While there are some intersex conditions that may signal an underlying medical problem, some would argue, intersex status itself is not a pathology. It is no surprise, then, that the presence of the pathologizing word, "disorder" in "DSD," is perceived by some as contrary to what the intersex movement has stood for.
