The first bell rings at 8:05 a.m. At this time children line up to go to their classrooms. At 8:10 a.m. the tardy bell rings. At this time the children should be in their classrooms and ready for the morning announcements so instruction can begin promptly following the announcements. Please be sure to have your child here and on time each day. School will start on Monday, August 20, 2007. Remember to bring your child to Orientation on Friday, August 17 from 1:30 - 3:00 p.m.

On a weekly event, the pit gates open at 4 p.m. and the grandstand gates open at 5:00 p.m. Warm-ups begin around 4:30 p.m. and the first official race begins at 7:30 p.m.

Reception and Silent Auction start at 7:00pm; Dinner begins promptly at 8:00pm; and the awards presentation begins at 9:00pm.

Your charter start time and duration is customized to meet your needs. Your Watermark Event Planner will work with you to create a custom event that can vary in start time and duration. Event specific information will be outlined on your contract.

The turn time begins when we have a working master and approved artwork (or films). The first day that we have both of these (before noon CST) is considered "day zero". Most CD orders that we receive involve critical time schedules. The most common problem in the failure to meet those time schedules is when artwork or film does not meet the specifications. We have devoted ample space on this web site to detail these specifications and guide you through the process.

Your DJ's time begins when your quests begin to arrive to the reception site. If we are supplying music for your ceremony, his time would begin one half hour prior to the scheduled ceremony time. Your DJ's time will still begin when your guests arrive because he must be fully set up, all sound checks completed and appropriately attired before the first guest steps through the door.

Registration opens at 8am on Wednesday, May 25th on the 2nd Floor of the College of Music Building. To receive your registration packet please bring your registration ID number and a current form of identification such as a passport, driving licence or credit card.

You are not required to start at a specific time, but the workday usually begins in the early morning. The workweek is usually Tuesday thru Saturday.

All courses have specific beginning and ending dates. While we do not offer "rolling admissions," there are a variety of scheduling opportunities to choose from: traditional 15 week Spring and Fall semesters; 12 week session that begins in May; 9/10 week modular sessions that begin in March, June, October, November; 8 & 6 week sessions that begin in May; and a 6 week session that begins in July.

For most shows, the doors open at 7.30pm, and the headline acts are after 9pm. Please phone before travelling long distances though!

Your time as a permanent resident(green card holder)begins on the date you were granted permanent resident status. This date is on your Permanent Resident Card, known as Alien Registration Card. Even if you have committed a minor crime, Immigration may deny your application if you do not tell the Immigration officer about the incident. It is extremely important that you tell INS about any arrest even if someone else has advised you that you are not required to do so.

Class times and locations are printed on your Confirmation Schedule, that important piece of paper you sign and pick up before classes begin.

New students are admitted once a year to begin in the fall semester only (mid-August). This school does not offer either an evening or part-time program.

Doors to the VIP Reception open at 7pm. The reception concludes at 8:15, leaving ample time for guests to take their seats for the 8:30pm performance.

New families who would like to enroll immediately may begin the process at any time. Registration for those looking to enroll their child(ren) for the start of a new school year begins at the Open House each spring. Open House for the 2006-07 school year is March 30, 2006. Our standard is 2 hours for 35,000 yen. It begins once the girl receives her fee (when she arrives). We use two hours to provide you with a relaxed experience. Of course if you don't have 2 hours or you would like our girl to leave earlier she can although the fee remains the same.

Exhibitors will want to get their booths setup between the hours of 1:00pm and 5:00pm on Sunday. Attendees may enter the exhibit hall starting at 6:30pm on Sunday April 9th, 2006.

On the first morning, please arrive no later than 7:30 AM to register. Subsequent, days begin at 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Standard meeting times begin the first day at 9:00 a.m. We do, however, ask you to report approximately ½ hr. prior to get room assignments and be ready for 9:00 am start. Ending time is normally between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. but hours may vary slightly with each group.
