How do you fly the plane and take pictures at the same time?
SkyShots Aerial Photography: FAQsWe don't! Safety is paramount and aerial photography is a two-person operation. Our pilot concentrates on maneuvering the plane in a safe manner over your property and our photographer is focused on getting that "picture perfect" image. If one person tried to do both, safety would be compromised and you wouldn't get the best possible picture.

It's six engines and huge frame gave it the ability to lift over 250 tonnes, as opposed to 70 tonnes for NASA's 747 shuttle transport. Here's a page I made about the An-225 that gives its current status. There was only 1 ever built (though a second one might get finished). Not recommended.

Related QuestionsHow can a plane the size of a Boeing 747 fly low enough to be an effective firefighting tool?
Evergreen SupertankerCurrent firefighting aircraft use a gravity drop system. Quite simply, this means they have tanks with doors that open and discharge the aircrafts contents.
