UP Mass CommOf course! The UP CMC Library connects you not only to other libraries within the UP System, but also to other parts of the globe that are reached through the World Wide Web. A minimal fee of P20.00 per hour of Internet use is charged to UP students, faculty, and staff. UP alumni, former faculty, and non-UP students are charged P50.00 per hour.
