If you are using a BDA multiplexer and finding that your live TV never seems to occur because the MediaMVP resets and reconnects to the server, then you may wish to choose a multiplexer that is not the Microsoft DVR-MS. The MediaMVP requires a URL associated with the internet radio station. XM or Sirius Satellite radio does not use a valid station Link associated with the stations.
