As of March 1, 2006, we have revised the Family Labels Web site. Changes include a new look, a revised order form, new male/female head designs and many new, specially colored animal heads. The previous reorder system would not allow you to take full advantage of these new features and head designs. The USPS offers significant discounts for mail that is prepared with a barcode to utilize its automated sorting equipment. Automated mail is processed at a much higher production rate. Therefore, it gets through the sorting facility faster and arrives at the destination Post Office much sooner. The same holds true for Carrier Routed mail.

The SmartWater Security System comes with four Warning Labels. You need to use these at the front and rear entrances of the property. The additional two Warning Labels may be used on e.g. French Doors, additional windows. Provision of additional labels is carefully controlled and monitored. Yes, you are able to change the ship to address provided you have the address as part of your eCAT3 profile. If the address is not in your profile, go should go to your profile and add the new address. Go back to confirm your order and ‘edit’ the address and select the newly added address from your profile.

Contact University Printing at (405) 271-5489. They will fax you the Mailing Labels Request Form, and once it is completed the form should be faxed back to University Printing at (405) 271-5677. Human Resources will then work with University Printing to provide the labels requested.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time we are not able to ship any orders to a PO Box or a Military address. All of our orders are shipped out via UPS Ground Service, which currently does not deliver to either of those addresses. If an order is processed on our website with either of those addresses as the shipping address, we will contact the customer to see if we can obtain an alternative shipping address.
