Our Photo Mounting Paper is not optimized to absorb inkjet inks. You may, however, use most Creative Memories Photo Mounting Papers in a laser printer or photocopier. It will act just like any other copier paper.

Transparencies, overhead sheets, and photo paper is not permitted in the printers. These items can and will jam the printers and/or melt inside the printer.

The surface finish of the photographic papers selected for your photo is really a matter of personal preference. Actually, if your photo is to be framed under glass, the paper finish is not as important. Generally though, we do not recommend the flat matte finish for photographs, if you are concerned about getting the sharpest detail possible.

The color maps in BinkJet have been optimized for printing on plain paper. It would be unlikely that you would get satisfying results printing on photo paper because HP's black inks are designed for printing on plain paper. When printing on photo paper, only the color inks are used. BinkJet does not yet support printing with only the color inks.

Creative Memories incorporates mill waste into its paper products. Post-consumer waste is not used because it may contain materials that are not photo-safe.

The WSU Libraries have networked printing available from all public service computers. On-screen items can be printed to these printers for the same cost as a photocopy. The print stations use copicards available for purchase in every library. Word is available on most public machines for printing Word documents. Additionally, CougarCopies is now located in Holland/Terrell Libraries and provides printing services.

You???ll want to check with your printer supplier for information on your printer???s inks. The inks used in today???s inkjet printers are, in general, considered safe and stable for photo images.

Chinese Mounting Paper (P15a) is machine-made rice paper imported from Taiwan. It is soft and flexible which makes it suitable for traditional scroll mounting as well as brush painting. In fact, Ning Yeh uses Chinese Mounting Paper for many of his oversized works. Mounting Paper (P7) is 60lb. weight American-made card stock. This paper is strong and yet flexible enough to stretch evenly when mounting, making it a breeze to handle.

No, but you shouldn't worry about paper. We offer a wide choice of different paper: white and coloured, matt and glossy, embossed and smooth, expensive and inexpensive, and also tracing paper, transparent film, canvas and parchment, self-adhesive paper and film. We do make copies of photos that appear in the print edition of The Tablet as well as the online edition. If you have a credit card, you can order by phone or online. If you want to pay by check or money order, you can print out your order form and send it to us. Make sure you have the issue date and number and then go to our order form.

We work hard to ensure that the style and content of your ad appears as you have selected. But with photos, the actual size of the printed version is slightly different from the one you can see on screen. Remember also that your ad may appear on a black and white page in paper.

Creative Memories Photo-Safe papers conform to international standard ISO 18902 for photographic preservation and storage. In addition to being acid-free, lignin-free, buffered and passing the PAT, Photo-Safe papers are also fade and bleed resistant. These papers are typically manufactured with the highest quality pigments rather than dye.

You can buy photo paper in Italy at relatively the same retail cost as in the US. For certain brands it is even cheaper. We recommend that you purchase your photo paper in Italy to save on the cost of carrying this heavy and fragile material overseas. A word of warning. If photo papers are opened for examination by security officials at airports (which may happen when you fly to Italy), the photo papers may no longer be usable.

Mounting is a process by which artwork is attached to a backing. Dry mounting, wet mounting and spray mounting are ways to prevent the artwork from bubbling or waving in the frame. Artwork of any value is not generally permanently mounted, since it can greatly affect any resale value. Museum mounting, commonly known as hinging, is when the art is attached with paper hinges to the backing.

If you don't have a digital version of your photograph, we are more than happy to scan the original photograph or negative for you at no extra charge.

The main issue again is control. Each final print is hand printed on double weight fiber based paper. I know what I want my prints to look like and I know how to get it. During printing I can make a number of adjustments and contorl the tone and contrast locally to get the print to be where I want it. When I print them myself I know that they were processed and washed to archival standards.

The equipment I use produces high-resolution images that can easily be enlarged to 20"x30" without any loss of quality. I can also special order even larger prints in certain circumstances.

Yes you can. But keep in mind that the quality and color from your camera will be less than from ours. We cannot guarantee color accuracy unless we are printing from an original that we captured in our own controlled environment. The reason for this is that we need a profiled input source file with an accurate ICC color profile for that input device to match up with our precise output ICC color profile for our printers.
