Technical SupportVery carefully seal the unit in a plastic bag, (a garbage bag works well) and then wrap the unit with large type bubble wrap. Make sure the item is covered on all sides by at least two inches of material per side. If you must use styrofoam peanuts, then be sure to compress the packing very tightly. We receive units every week which have received damage from insufficient packaging. This type of repair work is not covered by warranty and is typically very costly.
