Most strokes are caused by a blood clot or a narrowing of a blood vessel (artery) leading to the brain, known as ichemic stroke. Other strokes are caused by a hemorrhage (bleeding) from an artery in the brain itself, known as hemorrhagic stroke.

There is a very important technical distinction between engine designs in the scooter world. "Two-stroke" engines burn the gas and lubricating oil together as part of the combustion process, which results in greater lower end torque, fewer moving parts and greater fuel efficiency. Strip Shingles -- these asphalt shingles are approximately three times as long as they are wide. Manufactured in both standard and metric dimensions, strip shingles are distinguished by the number of cutouts or tabs that they have. The most common type of strip shingle is the "three-tab" shingle. Dry AMD - 90% of all people with AMD have this type. In dry AMD there is slow breakdown of the photoreceptor and RPE cells in the macula and a gradual impairment of central vision. Dry AMD is characterized by the presence of small yellow deposits under the retina called drusen, and by the appearance of small patches of defect in the macula called geographic atrophy (GA). Dry AMD usually causes only mild impairment of central vision.

Yes. Urge incontinence results from an overactive bladder. The bladder is made of muscle and when that muscle contracts before the person is ready to urinate, incontinence results. Stress incontinence is leakage with coughing and activity and is not caused by a problem with the bladder at all. It results from weakness in the supporting tissues and muscles around the bladder and urethra. When a person has both kinds of leakage then the diagnosis is "mixed incontinence".

The word alopecia itself is a term specifically used for hair loss yet there are many subtypes of alopecia. These are the three primary subtypes of alopecia: Alopecia Areata - Patchy loss of hair whether that means patches on your legs, arms, pubic region, scalp, lashes or brows. Each of the terms are for more descriptive purposes since the each of the types can sometimes be vague and symptoms may seem to "overlap" each other in places.

There are two kinds of oasis material available from floral suppliers - be SURE to obtain the right type! Oasis foam is made for both wet (watered) and dry floral arrangements. DO NOT USE "DRY" OASIS. Dry Oasis in made of a closed cell foam and used for arranging dry (and silk) flowers. It's slightly more durable, but will NOT absorb water.
