I seem to be able to receive emails but I can't send an email. What am I doing wrong?

Most ISPs now block you from sending email using their SMTP server if you are not physically connected to their network (for example if you are connected to the Internet via goodnet). If you find you have trouble sending mail, for example if you receive an you will need to change your outgoing (SMTP) mail server to smtp.blueyonder.co.uk. If you are unsure of how to do this, please refer to the detailed instructions in the Data Services User Manual.
