ClickView recommends that you have at least 100GB of free space as each hour of ClickView video will occupy 350-400MB of disk space on your ClickView Library Server.

Intellinx does not store the actual bitmap of the user screens but rather stores the intercepted raw network transmission from which it reconstructs the user screens when needed; hence it is very efficient regarding disk space. That depends, obviously, on what you've chosen to download and install. A full installation today is probably larger than 800MB installed, not including the package archives themselves nor the source code. After installation, the package archives remain in your "Local Package Directory", by default the location of setup.exe. You may conserve disk space by deleting the subdirectories there. These directories will have very weird looking names, being encoded with their URLs.

By default, this data is stored under in the \Files\, \Images\, \Audio\, \LearningObjects\, \Resources\ and \CoverImages\ directories in the ClickView Library folder in the Program Files directory (where the ClickViewServerService.exe core is stored). If the file type is supported by the computer that is running ClickView Player then it will be able to open the file. ClickView uses the default application that is associated with that type of file on the operating system.

Daily reports require a LOT of space for large or multiple site reports. If space is a concern we suggest turning on only monthly and quarterly reports. Don't turn on annual or summary as they require considerable resources to generate (summary requires ever-growing resources...). Wusage 8 makes it much easier to understand that there is some historical information available even without summary reports turned on, because there are prominent links to historical charts.
