Windows 95 offers a feature for printing called Font Smoothing, which may lead you to wonder if your fonts aren't smoothe enough. With any well designed font font smoothing adds no benefit for printing and may result in a variety of problems. In some cases it does improve the appearance of fonts on screen, but as a general rule it creates more problems than it solves. We recommend turning it off.

When you custom make your shirt, you can choose from 5 styles (unisex, ladies, kids, long sleeves and Polo) & 6 sizes, Kids shirt start at size 8 till 12. Colors selection is available when you order with up to 20 colors for some styles. Please check the size chart link when you select your shirt.

You can combine styles, colors/sizes to meet our minimum but there is a 6 pc min for each style for apparel, 12 pc min per color/24 pc min per style for caps. Hats require different tooling, and therefore can't be combined with shirts and jackets. But you can mix and match different caps. 12 pc min per style.

You are free to mix and match colors as long as the same design is used on each item. Keep in mind the colors of your design when choosing your merchandise colors. We will do our best to accommodate your desires in this area. If your design will require additional artwork and setup time to accommodate a wide variety of color and style choices there may be additional fees. However, we will notify you of these fees up front and before your order is finalized for your approval.

Our sizing goes from XXS (12/14) to 3X (up to 82" hips). Since some of our fabrics are quite narrow, certain garments would be prohibitively expensive to make in size 3X. If you're our size 3X, consult with us; some garments may be available for an extra fee. Online examples of some of our available fabrics and colors from our current lines to assist you in customizing your own wardrobe.
