There are two types of distinct people. The first type, absolutely believe such, an energy exists, they also believe in spirituality. The second type deny this energy exist. Majority of scientists and educated people are in the second category. I think spirituality, and higher human nature in conjunction with belief and faith on higher realm will eventually unify these two opposing groups to have a common opinion about divine energy.

Yes, this is a system of healing that can be done very effectively on yourself, but training is necessary. I can teach people a few simple things to do at home, which are effective for specific conditions. But the system as a whole is complex, so I recommend taking my classes to really learn the techniques. We are all vibrational beings living together in a vibrational universe. Everything is energy. A distant healing session can be used in lieu of the client meeting Deborah in a physical location. The session may be conducted over the phone, an on-line chat, or via email. These first two options require a scheduled appointment with Deborah as does any other Energy Balance. The client needs to prepare for this Energy Balance in the same ways as previously outlined. The only difference is that s/he is participating and communicating over the phone or computer.

The first session begins with discussing the client's challenges : Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social, Spiritual, Financial, Educational, Psychic or Karmic. I scan the chakras and the aura and identify the specific areas to be treated. Sometimes I also hold the first three fingers of client's right hand and receive guidance in the form of vibrations.
